A Little Shakespeare: As You Like It
The Forest of Arden is full of possibilities! Banished by her uncle and disguised as a boy, Rosalind and her beloved cousin Celia journey into the woods and discover new friends, love letters, music, and ultimately, themselves. Director Noelle Marion (last season’s A Little Shakespeare: The Tempest) returns to helm this lively frolic through the forest.
The Good Thief
Let’s begin with an incident... Follow three-time Tony Award® nominee Christopher Fitzgerald’s (Wicked, TRT’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum) gripping confession of a small-time Irish gangster on the run. The Good Thief, by Tony Award® nominee Conor McPherson (Girl from the North Country, Shining City, The Weir), wields suspense, dark humor, and lyrical storytelling as a “simple job” spirals into chaos. Don’t miss this intimate limited engagement, helmed by Artistic Director Justin Waldman in his Two River Theater directorial debut.
A Doll's House
“What is worth saving?” This question still echoes nearly 150 years after Henrik Ibsen first constructed A Doll’s House. With this sensational story about a dark secret that threatens to destroy a family, Ibsen created drama’s very first feminist. And in its heroine, Nora Helmer, Ibsen brought the struggle for personal liberation to vivid life. In this World Premiere adaptation, acclaimed director Justin Emeka (Sweat, Romeo and Juliet) reimagines A Doll’s House in 1950s New Jersey, weaving Black culture into one of the most powerful plays ever experienced.
A Forest in the City
Step into +Erba: A Forest in the City, an enchanting interactive performance where two dancers and children co-create a vibrant, ever-changing world. One dancer draws colorful homes and winding streets while the other fills the landscape with trees, insects, and green spaces. Their ideas bloom through stunning digital projections, forming a magical city that shifts with the seasons and invites kids to add their own colors and characters.
Swinging in the Holidays
Celebrate the season with Swinging in the Holidays! It’s a hip, sophisticated spin on holiday classics from Broadway, jazz icons, Old Hollywood, and legends like Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, and Ella Fitzgerald. Featuring award-winning rising stars from Jazz at Lincoln Center, Birdland, Natl Jazz Museum of Harlem, NBC’s The Voice, as well as Tony and Grammy winner Bryan Carter, the concert offers an unforgettable night of swinging music and holiday cheer.

INCLUSION, DIVERSITY, EQUITY & ACCESSIBILITY
We believe that the essence of theater is democratic: it invites us to encounter, consider and perhaps adopt other points of view, if only for a brief time in a darkened theater. We aspire to build an environment in which artists, audiences, employees, and Board members from different backgrounds and experiences together form an institution that is equitable, diverse, and inclusive.
